Author guide
Vladimir Nabokov
Born in Imperial Russia, Nabokov wrote his early Russian novels in Berlin before becoming one of the major English-language novelists of the twentieth century. He also wrote poetry, memoir, criticism, translation, and essays on literature and butterflies.
