Siv Jansson is an English-literature scholar and educator. Loughborough University London lists her as a Teaching Fellow in its Institute for Creative Futures.
Her career spans institutions in the United Kingdom and overseas, including Imperial College, The Open University, Royal Holloway, the University of Greenwich, Middlesex University, and the University of Auckland. She has also taught at Birkbeck College.
Her work focuses on Victorian literature and the Brontës, with broader interests in biography, adaptation, celebrity culture, media, and eating-disorder narratives.

She served as a literary adviser on Sally Wainwright’s BBC drama To Walk Invisible (2016), which portrays the Brontë family. Royal Holloway describes her as a Brontë specialist involved in the filmmaking process.
