Michael Thomas Nicholson was an English journalist and ITN senior foreign correspondent who reported from eighteen major conflicts, including Biafra, Vietnam, the Falklands, Bosnia, and Iraq. He wrote thrillers, historical fiction, travel writing, memoir, and nonfiction about war reporting. His account of adopting a Bosnian orphan was published as Natasha's Story and later adapted into the film Welcome to Sarajevo.
