Kobabe is the author and illustrator of Gender Queer: A Memoir, co-author of the nonfiction graphic guide Breathe: Journeys to Healthy Binding with Sarah Peitzmeier, and co-author of the middle-grade graphic novel Opting Out with Swati "Lucky" Srikumar.
