Aravind Adiga is an Indian-born Australian novelist and journalist. Born in 1974, he studied at Columbia University and Magdalen College, Oxford, and worked as a correspondent for Time before becoming a full-time writer. His debut novel, The White Tiger, won the 2008 Booker Prize. His published books comprise four novels and one separately published short-story collection.
