Steven Grant (born 1953) is an American comic-book writer whose career spans Marvel, DC, First Comics, Dark Horse, IDW, Avatar Press, BOOM! Studios, and independent publishers. He co-created or wrote major works including The Punisher: Circle of Blood, Whisper, 2 Guns, Badlands, Mortal Souls, and Damned. He also wrote Hardy Boys Casefiles novels under the collective pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon, worked on Tom Swift and gamebooks, and scripted Isaac Asimov's I-Bots.
