Robert Dennis Harris (born 1957) is a British novelist and former journalist. After working for the BBC and as political editor of The Observer, he began publishing nonfiction about chemical and biological warfare, the Falklands crisis, British politics, and the Hitler Diaries scandal. His fiction includes alternative history, contemporary political thrillers, World War II novels, and historical fiction, notably the Cicero Trilogy set in ancient Rome.
