Richard Zenith Books in Order

Richard Zenith (born 1956) is an American-Portuguese writer, translator, researcher, and literary critic who has lived in Portugal since 1987. He is a leading specialist on Fernando Pessoa, whose poetry and prose he has edited extensively, and is the author of Pessoa: A Biography, a major life of the poet. He has also translated Portuguese-language poetry and fiction, including works by Pessoa, Luís de Camões, Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, João Cabral de Melo Neto, and Carlos Drummond de Andrade. Zenith received the Pessoa Prize in 2012.
