Nick Caistor is a British journalist, translator, editor, and author. A former BBC Latin America analyst and Latin American editor of Index on Censorship, he has written biographies, cultural histories, political guides, and travel books focused primarily on Latin America. He has also edited anthologies of Caribbean and Latin American writing and translated fiction from Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
