Mike Dringenberg is an American comics artist and illustrator whose early work appeared in independent comics including Enchanter, Alien Worlds, Total Eclipse, and Kelvin Mace. He became best known for DC/Vertigo's The Sandman, initially inking Sam Kieth and later penciling the series; his visual designs helped define characters including Death and Desire. He also contributed art to Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol and illustrated book covers, album covers, and game artwork.
