Michael Henry Heim Books in Order

Michael Henry Heim (1943–2012) was an American literary translator and scholar who taught Slavic languages and literatures at UCLA. He translated works from Czech, Russian, German, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Dutch, French, and Romanian, including books by Milan Kundera, Bohumil Hrabal, Anton Chekhov, and Günter Grass. He also wrote and co-wrote scholarly works on Czech and Russian literature, language, and translation, and helped establish the PEN/Heim Translation Fund.
