Marcie R. Rendon is an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation, an author, poet, playwright, freelance writer, and community arts activist based in Minnesota. Her work includes the Cash Blackbear mystery novels, children's books, poetry, nonfiction, short fiction, plays, and educational materials. She is the creative force behind Raving Native Theater and has supported Native artists and writers through community-based performances, mentoring, and teaching.
