Malcolm Pasley Books in Order

Sir John Malcolm Sabine Pasley (1926–2004) was a British Germanist, literary scholar, editor, and Fellow of the British Academy. He taught at Oxford University and was a founding co-editor of Oxford German Studies. His principal scholarly achievement was leading the reconstruction and critical editing of major Franz Kafka texts from the manuscripts, including Das Schloß, Der Proceß, Tagebücher, and Nachgelassene Schriften und Fragmente. He also edited collections on German studies, Nietzsche, and the correspondence and travel records of Max Brod and Franz Kafka.
