Lydia Kang is an American author of young adult fiction, adult fiction, historical fiction, science fiction, popular nonfiction, and poetry. She graduated from Columbia University and New York University School of Medicine, completed her residency and chief residency at Bellevue Hospital, and practices internal medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Her nonfiction includes co-authored medical and scientific histories, while her fiction ranges from speculative YA novels to historical mysteries and Star Wars fiction.
