John le Carré Books in Order

John le Carré was the pen name of David John Moore Cornwell (1931–2020), a British novelist who worked for MI5 and MI6 before becoming a full-time writer. His twenty-six novels transformed the modern espionage novel through psychologically detailed characters, political ambiguity, and sustained criticism of institutional power. He also published a memoir, correspondence, a co-authored nonfiction book, a short-story anthology contribution, and separately issued occasional nonfiction pamphlets.
