Inio Asano Books in Order
Inio Asano (born 1980) is a Japanese manga artist and writer from Ibaraki Prefecture. He made his professional debut in the late 1990s and gained recognition with interconnected short stories and later works including What a Wonderful World!, Solanin, Goodnight Punpun, A Girl on the Shore, Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction, Downfall, and Mujina Into the Deep. His work combines detailed contemporary settings with coming-of-age drama, psychological realism, dark humor, and speculative or surreal elements. He writes and draws his manga and has also produced short-story collections, anthologies, and artbooks.
