Gahan Wilson Books in Order
Gahan Allen Wilson (1930–2019) was an American cartoonist, author, and illustrator whose darkly comic work appeared in Playboy, The New Yorker, National Lampoon, The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, and other publications. He created influential collections of macabre cartoons, the autobiographical comic strip Nuts, illustrated detective novels, children's books, short fiction, graphic adaptations, and the animated short Gahan Wilson's Diner. His writing and art frequently combined horror, fantasy, science fiction, grotesque humor, and absurdity.
