Alison Espach is an American novelist and short-story writer who teaches creative writing at Providence College in Rhode Island. She is the author of the novels The Adults, Notes on Your Sudden Disappearance, and The Wedding People, as well as the separately published story Someone's Uncle and the Audible Original audio-fiction series In-Depth Market Research Interviews with Dead People. Her essays and short fiction have appeared in publications including McSweeney's, Vogue, Outside, LitHub, and Joyland.
